The facility will conclude a contract only with a person who has properly registered (guest). For this purpose, each guest is required to present an identity document.
- The lodger is not responsible for money, valuables and other personal belongings of guests beyond the scope established
by law.
- The guest must not allow a person who is not properly registered to access the accommodation. Only reserved social areas of the facility are intended for receiving visitors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in all areas of the cottage! In case of violation of this prohibition, the accommodated person is obliged to pay the accommodation provider a contractual fine of €100, and the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract. In case of withdrawal, the guest is obliged to move out of the facility immediately. In this case, the guest does not have the right to refund the price of the accommodation, or its part.
- Moving furniture and other interventions in the interior are prohibited in the rooms.
- It is not allowed to bring animals into the premises of the cottage and the accommodation area without the prior consent of the operator.
- It is not allowed to use your own electrical appliances in the building, except for safe appliances related to personal hygiene.
- For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave children under the age of 10 without the supervision of adults in the room and other areas of the cottage, in the event of a procedure contrary to this recommendation, the landlord is not responsible for damages caused as a result of such a procedure by the guest.
- From 11:00 p.m. until 08:00 all guests are obliged to observe night silence.
Guests are obliged to immediately pay any damages to the operator of the cottage. To ensure
the right to compensation, or for damage compensation, the accommodation provider has a lien on the guest's belongings
located in the facility.
In case of loss of the room key, the accommodated guest is obliged to pay a fee of €20 to the operator.
- The guest can check in from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., if no
other date is agreed upon with the accommodation provider in advance. After the time for accommodation has expired, the reservation is cancelled. If the guest occupies a double/triple room by himself, he is obliged to pay for the use of all beds in the accommodation space of the room.
- The guest is obliged to hand over the room by 10:00 a.m. In the event that the guest wishes to postpone the departure to a later time, he can do so by agreement, for a fee of €10 room / €50 for the entire building, but no later than 2:00 p.m.
- When leaving the room, the guests are obliged to turn off the electric lighting, close the water taps, turn off the electric appliances (hob, etc.), close and lock the door.
The lodger is entitled to withdraw from this contract if, despite the invitation, the guest violates these accommodation rules or good manners, in particular disturbs other guests during the quiet time of the night, destroys, damages or grossly pollutes the accommodation facility or its inventory, behaves rudely or offensively towards other guests or staff of the accommodation provider. It is possible to withdraw orally and the withdrawal is effective immediately.
In case of withdrawal, the guest is obliged to move out of the facility immediately. In this case, the guest does not have the right to refund the price of the accommodation, nor its part. This does not affect the accommodation provider's right to compensation for damage, nor his right of retention.
