Čertovica
The well-known mountain pass is, due to the altitude of 1232 meters, the highest situated pass in Slovakia, through which an asphalt road leads. Čertovica is also the border of the districts of Brezno and Liptovský Mikuláš, as well as the regions of Liptov and Horehronie.
It is also an easily accessible place, from which many tips are offered for both more demanding and more recreational tourism. Among other things, for example, the path of SNP heroes, marked in red, goes through Čertovica.
